«Heartless» Biden was accused of hypocrisy due to ignoring the secret granddaughter

Joe Biden was accused of «calling» hypocrisy for refusing to publicly acknowledge his secret granddaughter.

80-year-old Biden never acknowledged his seventh granddaughter, Navi Joan Roberts, despite decades of creating a public image of a family man.

A four-year-old child was born as a result of a meeting with the son of US President Hunter Biden, who, according to him, cannot remember.

DNA tests conducted in 2019 confirmed the baby was Biden's granddaughter, but he reportedly recently reminded aides that he officially has six grandchildren, not seven.

His stance has drawn criticism from outside Marin Dowd, a New York Times columnist who accused the US president of «heartlessly ruining the life of the Navy as soon as it began.»

“Joe Biden’s mantra has always been that “the most important thing is your family.” It's the heart of his political narrative,» Dowd said in an op-ed after Hunter Biden settled his child support lawsuit with a Navy mother last month.

«The president's composure — and heart — is contrary to everyone message he has been sending for decades and it is out of sync with the America he wants to continue to lead,” she added.

“You can't punish her for something she had no choice in. The Bidens need to embrace the life that Hunter brought into the world,” she said, noting that First Lady Jill Biden also dedicated her 2020 children’s book to her six grandchildren.

When asked last week if he would acknowledge he was his seventh grandson, Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden's spokeswoman, said, «I have nothing to share here.»

In April's Take the Kid to Work Day, Biden told a group of young people that he was «crazy» about his grandchildren and that he talked to them every day.

The Navy will receive several pictures of the US President's son as part of a child support agreement reached between Hunter Biden and the child's mother Robert Lunden.
