“Her breathing was [heavier] than usual, but she did not lose consciousness,” he added.
“Like all people of a certain age, she can no longer endure the heat. This happens at 88.»
After she was given oxygen, paramedics «stayed to watch over her», according to d'Ormal.

Paris-born Bardot, an animal rights activist, now runs an animal shelter in Saint-Tropez, having retired from the film industry in 1973.
