On July 22, 2023, with the support of Zhar FM, the 8th season of the Tuning Open Fest auto festival (TOF-2023) was held on the territory of the Lake Beach complex (Recreation center K Round Lake») in the Moscow region.
This year, over 500 applications were submitted for TOF-2023 and a record number of participants in the entire history of the festival was selected — more than 200 exclusive exhibits, including representatives of famous car clubs and tuning studios: iconic muscle cars, lowriders, young and oldtimers, tuning projects based on modern cars, and Soviet classics.
Tuning Open Fest 2023brings together communities of car enthusiasts and tuning culture participants from all over the country. This is an auto festival and an exhibition of various tuning trends, reflecting modern trends in car styling: daring body kits, wide-shelf rims, pinstriping, cartoon cars, bright vinyl projects and car audio “monsters”.
Traditionally, the exposition of the Muscle_Gang_Moscow club — modern American Muscle-cars — became the most numerous. Then stands of the mustang club Mustang Russia Club, multi-colored «bugs» Little Beetle Club and Toaster Mafia with «cubes» of Toyota and Scion. Unique representatives of various brands, including the only one in Russia Autozam AZ-1, were included in the TOP-10 by the decision of the judging panel. For example, the Mercedes-Benz C-Klasse w203, the winner in the Autosound nomination, with an impressive sound installation, the body of which is completely stylized as a tree by hydroprinting.

TOF-2023 gathered more than 2500 spectators, participants, car designers and artists, racing drivers and just fans of car tuning and noisy parties. More than a hundred thousand photo reports from car owners and bloggers are expected.
Contests, master classes and competitions with prizes from partners, entertainment on the water of wake bases and surf schools, games, photos with the TOF mascot — the Bumblebee robot from AEROdesign for You, added dynamics to the event.

The auto festival was held with the support of the best DJ`s online club music radio SOULLIVE FM, musician Alex Indigo, artists of the FIDAI MUSIC label: Eric, Na.Rec, Lery Key, Ham Solo, as well as beatboxers Alix_Mad and SLike. The headliner of the party was the ragga-jungle artist STEPPA STYLE for the first time.
