The Chinese company Changan began producing the CS75 crossover in 2014. This model changed its generation in 2019: such an SUV received a Plus addition to the name, since the previous model remained in service and continued to be updated. Recall that at the beginning of 2022, a restyled Plus appeared on the home market (the company preferred to consider it a new generation, here we are talking about an SUV with a “surname”). And in the spring of this year, Changan showed once again an updated SUV, which was again announced the next generation CS75 Plus.

Today, the Russian office of Changan announced the appearance of the new CS75 Plus in the local lineup. It is curious that, judging by the photo and dimensions of the model, not the latest version will be brought to Russia, but a pre-reform crossover, which appeared in China in 2021. So, the length of the announced SUV is 4700 mm, the width is 1865 mm, and the height is 1710 mm (the variant of the 2023 model year is 10 mm longer due to other bumpers). e947.jpg” />
The Changan CS75 Plus, which will reach the Russian Federation, has a massive black radiator grille with a three-dimensional pattern and the brand logo located at the top. The SUV also received horizontally positioned LED optics with pointed corners, while the headlights are interconnected by a luminous thin strip that runs across the entire width of the “grill”. Also noteworthy are the visually large side air intakes with red decorative elements, which are supported by similar accents on the sidewalls.In the cabin, such a crossover has a large single display on the front panel: it combines both a virtual tidy and a touchscreen of the infotainment system. Below it is a touch control unit for the air conditioning system. The model also has a massive central tunnel and a truncated multifunctional steering wheel. The Russian office noted that the CS75 Plus has “a wide range of modern electronic auxiliary systems”, which will be known later.As noted at the local office, the Changan CS75 Plus has McPherson-type independent suspension at the front with hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers and an anti-roll bar, and an independent multi-link at the rear. It is known that the Changan CS75 Plus, which will soon be presented in the Russian Federation, will be equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo four with a power of 178 hp and a maximum torque of 265 Nm. This motor is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission from Aisin. The maximum speed to which such a crossover can accelerate is 196 km/h. Front-wheel drive only.
Recall that at the beginning of this month it became known that Changan showed two new products at the Innoprom-2023 exhibition in Yekaterinburg – the Avatr 11 crossover and the La sedan more. It is possible that these models will subsequently replenish the Russian line of the Chinese brand.
