Details of the PAC's statement are expected to appear in the latest Federal Election Commission filings due this week.
Save America's PAC was founded after Mr. Trump's 2020 defeat. Initially, he raised donations to support his claim that he had indeed won the election, a view rejected by scores of judges in cases across the country.
