CS75 Plus has expanded the range of mid-size crossovers in the Russian Changan model line, at the moment it is offered in the only all-inclusive package .
The Changan CS75 crossover debuted in China in 2013, the second generation of the model was released in 2019, but due to the fact that the first remained in service, the second generation crossover received the Plus prefix so that the buyer would not be confused. But the buyer is still confused, because both generations of the crossover are still produced in China and evolve in parallel. Already known in Russia, the CS75 FL is a restyled first-generation crossover, and the CS75 Plus, which has just gone on sale, is one of the early versions of the second-generation crossover that Kolesa.ru tested back in 2020.

In China, the CS75 Plus has already gone through two restylings since then, and each time it was announced as a new generation, and all of them are also sold in parallel. Between these restylings, there were smaller cosmetic changes, which makes identification even more difficult. Specifically, the so-called “classic” according to the Chinese hierarchy CS75 Plus arrived in Russia, but not with an early, but with a late version of the design of the front end of the 2021 model. Watch out!
All this design pandemonium in China comes from the fact that the Changan CS75 Plus here is one of the most popular crossovers and the manufacturing company is trying to keep it up to date all the time. In addition, Changan, unlike, for example, Chery, does not produce new brands in large numbers and tries to create diversity under the main, parent brand – hence all these “pluses” in the lineup.
Overall length Changan CS75 Plus – 4700 mm, width – 1865 mm, height – 1710 mm, wheelbase – 2710 mm, ground clearance – 190 mm. Trunk volume – 620 liters, fuel tank volume – 58 liters. The power unit is a 1.5-liter petrol “turbo-four” (178 hp, 265 Nm) paired with a 6-speed hydromechanical “automatic” Aisin, the drive is only the front. Front suspension – McPherson type, rear – multi-link.

In Russia, Changan CS75 Plus is offered in the only rich configuration, which does not even have its own name. The price is 2,749,900 rubles. The equipment includes front, side and window airbags, adaptive cruise control, an automatic emergency braking system, blind spot monitoring and lane keeping systems, all-round cameras, a DVR, slope assistance systems, all-LED “optics”, smart -key, climate control with a fine air filter, a multimedia system with a 12.3-inch touch screen, an audio system with six speakers, leatherette upholstery, electric adjustment of the front seats, heated front seats, a shelf with wireless charging for a smartphone, panoramic glass roof, two-tone 18-inch alloy wheels and much more.
1/2 2/2 in the first half of 2023, it took sixth place (according to the AEB, 11,267 cars were sold), behind Chery (46,970 units), Haval (39,852 units), Geely (25,882 units), Exeed (15,230 units) and Omoda (14,555 units).
