Opera Unica was built in a single copy as part of the total edition of the Huracan Sterrato model (1499 pieces), a livery of indescribable beauty was developed for it, inspired by island seascapes in deep blue. The unique color consists of three shades — the base Blu Amnis and applied over Blu Grifo and Blu Fedra. It took more than 370 hours of manual work to create the voluminous-looking texture.

The salon also received a unique finish: armchairs, door cards, a central tunnel and part of the front panel are upholstered in Blu Delphinus blue leather and specially painted Alcantara of the same color, and for contrast, a lighter Celeste Phoebe blue color has been added in places — it is used in particular for embroidering branded logos. The start button cover is painted in the same complex color as the body. The entourage is completed by a hexagonal carbon-fiber plate with the name of the model and the place of its premiere.
