Rishi Sunak proves he's a Taylor Swift fan

But now a torn video from a California vacation suggests that Sunak belongs to one of the most expansive and popular collectives: Taylor Swift fans.

The PM seems to have proven that he is « Swifty» by attending a music-themed fitness class in Santa Monica.

Mr. Sunak spent the first time in five years on a family vacation abroad with his wife, Akshata Murthy. , and their two teenage daughters. He was spotted by a social media influencer after his morning indoor cycling workout.

Hannah Harmelin said in a video posted to her TikTok account, «So I'm going to my Soulcycle class at 7am dedicated to Taylor Swift, in Santa Monica, and there are secret services everywhere in the studio. Only guards are everywhere.”

Ms. Harmelin said she believes Swift herself will attend because she is in California to perform six shows on her Eras tour. She added: «She's performing in LA like celebrities do all the time.

A source close to the prime minister confirmed he is a Taylor Swift fan, but added: «I'm not sure if that makes him Swifty «.

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, Ms. Harmelyn was full of praise for the prime minister, saying he «seemed sweet, he was smiling and happy… Two girls approached him after class with a British accent. and were very amazed.”

Sunak has a long-standing attachment to America's West Coast, where he attended Stanford University and met his wife for the first time.
