Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg did not agree on the time and place of the proposed cage fight
Mark Zuckerberg stated that Elon Musk would not be confirmed the date of their cage match, accusing the Twitter boss of not being «serious.»
«I think we can all agree that Elon is not serious and it's time to move on,» wrote Zuckerberg in his Social Platform Threads.
«I suggested a real date… Elon doesn't confirm the date, then says he needs surgery, and now instead asks to have a rehearsal in my backyard.»< /p>
Musk quickly responded on Twitter, now known as X, saying, «Tsuk is a chicken.»
Tesla's boss said he would be heading to Silicon Valley on Monday: «I can't wait to knock on his door tomorrow.»< /p>
When user X suggested that Zuckerberg had cooled off for the match, Musk referred to the popular American fast food chain known for its chicken offerings.
“He can’t eat at Chick-fil-A because that would be cannibalism,” Musk wrote.
The two tech titans have been talking on social media about battling each other in a highly publicized charity match.
On Friday, Musk said the fight would take place in Italy, as authorities there confirmed talk of a «big charity event.»

Ready for battle
In response, Zuckerberg posted a photo of himself pinning an opponent shirtless in his «backyard octagon.» sport and ready to fight from the day Elon challenged me.»
«If he ever agrees to a real date, you will know about it from me. Until then, please assume that whatever he says has not been agreed upon.”
Gennaro Sangiuliano, Italy's minister of culture, confirmed that he had spoken to Musk about «how to organize a big charity event that resembles history» but said that any match «will not be held in Rome.»

On Friday, Musk noted that he might have to undergo a «small operation» to solve «the problem that my right shoulder blade is rubbing against my ribs.»
«Recovery will only take a few months,» he added.
The world's problem man has a titanium plate holding two vertebrae together, but on Friday he said it was «not a problem».
