There's a lot of pressure on Dina — she's definitely become one of the faces of British athletics. She started the season a little slow, but she is getting back into shape and showing really good results. She has a lot of experience; she won the 200m at the 2019 World Championships so she knows how to succeed in those conditions and handles the pressure well. I can't wait to see what she can do.
Keely Hodgkinson, 800m
My absolute favourite! I know she didn't feel well at the London Diamond League event, but she's had the craziest year ever and she's showing incredible results. She delivers results every time she hits the track and I'm happy to see how she plans her tactics for the race. Others will try to push her and break her in different ways, but I think she can be at her best. She is such a brave athlete and wants a gold medal, which I hope she gets.
Jazmine Sawyers, long jump
She jumped seven meters and won the European Indoor Championship — an incredible distance. With the advent of the outdoor season, she is not quite in the same spirit, but still jumped seven meters, which is the best in the world. The ability is there, and she's great as a jumper. She has great speed on the runway and seems to be getting back into shape now. She could surprise us with a medal. It would be a huge achievement for her to win a medal on the world outdoor stage.
Katarina Johnson-Thompson
Heptathlon is a very interesting activity. Nafi Thiam pulled out of the World Cup due to an Achilles tendon injury. Anna Hall, the American athlete, is insanely talented and is probably the favorite to win, but I think Kat could very well get a medal if she performs well. She's got a new coach in Eston Moore, a great coach, and she seems to be settling in. Her performances have been very good and if she stays injury-free, she can win a medal at these championships.
