The refreshed SUV of the Chinese brand is presented on the Russian market in two versions — DLX and Black Edition. The cars have already reached local dealers.
The Changan company has been producing the CS95 since 2016; the large crossover experienced its first restyling in 2019 (such cars were brought to the Russian Federation last spring). The SUV underwent its second update last year: refreshed crossovers with the addition of Plus to the name reached dealers in the home market at the beginning of 2023. Now this CS95 with the addition of New has appeared in the Russian Changan showrooms.

The refreshed large crossover has a different front and rear bumper design, and it also received a new, but still massive radiator grille with a pattern of voluminous horizontal strokes. The Changan CS95 New was also equipped with new design headlights with different side lights and daytime running lights. This SUV also has a modified rear fog lamp, integrated centrally into the lower part of the stern. Another addition to the list of visual changes is a different design of alloy wheels.
The crossover interior is still designed for seven passengers. During the update, the CS95 was equipped with a redesigned steering wheel, new decorative elements and other materials for interior decoration. The electrically adjustable front seats have heating, ventilation, and acupressure function. The driver's seat is adjustable in ten directions, and the front passenger's seat is adjustable in five. In addition, the second row seats can be folded in a ratio of 40:60, and the third — in a ratio of 50:50.
Changan CS95 New has contour lighting for the interior, three-zone climate control, one-touch power windows (with remote control), wireless charging for smartphones, rain, parking and lighting sensors, an integrated video recorder with a security system function (viewing angle — 360°) , as well as a panoramic roof with a sunroof and a tailgate with electric drive and touch control function.

The instrument panel features a 10.25-inch digital display, while the touchscreen for the infotainment system has a 12.3-inch diagonal. Multimedia has voice control, HandsFree, Bluetooth module and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The crossover received a Pioneer sound system with ten speakers. The updated CS95 is equipped with a set of various driver assistants, road sign, marking and pedestrian recognition systems, as well as front and side airbags.
The update also affected equipment. The large crossover was equipped with a redesigned 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline turbo engine. Its output is 226 hp. pp., which is six “horses” more than the pre-reform SUV. And its maximum torque increased by 20 Nm (up to 380 Nm). The 6-speed automatic transmission was replaced by an eight-speed automatic transmission from Aisin. Changan CS95 New has the proprietary Next Track all-wheel drive system.
The refreshed crossover on the Russian market is offered in two versions — DLX and Black Edition. The price tag for the initial version starts at 4,199,900 rubles, and for the “black” special version they ask for at least 4,269,900 rubles. Note that the pre-reform SUV is still on sale: in the Russian Federation its price starts at 4,149,900 rubles.
