In Ramenki on Vasily Lanovoy Street, where the Donstroy company is implementing a large-scale development project, including the Reka club houses, the Ogni and Sobytie quarters, with a total area of about 1.3 million square meters, a modern conceptual space for health, cultural and gastronomic leisure will appear.
Innovative facility with a total area of more than 10 thousand square meters. m is planned to be built on a plot of 0.42 hectares by the GREMM GROUP company. It will become the first free-standing leisure center in the new modern Donstroy quarter in Ramenki.

The new project, which will be located just a five-minute walk from the Michurinsky Prospekt metro station, is planned to become a new urban oasis and another point of attraction in Ramenki, along with the Event Park located here. It will become one of the elements that fits into the concept of positioning Moscow as the largest center of domestic tourism, which was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his personal blog. Completion of construction is planned for 2026.
To date, the Donstroy company, in its large-scale project in Ramenki, on the territory of which the multifunctional complex will be located, has already put into operation more than 490 thousand sq. m of real estate: two stages of the “Lights” project (2007 apartments), the first and second quarters of “Events” (1036 apartments), two club houses “Reka” (269 apartments).
Nearby with residential areas stretches the valley of the Ramenka River and the landscape park of the same name “Event” with an area of 24 hectares. The first section of the park with an area of 12 hectares along the river has already been put into operation and is available to Muscovites. In addition to the already existing 1.5 km long eco-route, the park will have an event square with a fountain and a stage, a “Youth Factory” and an observation deck.
In the summer, the park territory is used for children's, sports and entertainment events events for city residents.
