The court registered a protocol against Dud* for the absence of a foreign agent badge

MOSCOW, June 7 Moscow's Tagansky Court on Friday registered a protocol against blogger Yuri Dud* for publishing videos online without the foreign agent label, the court reported.
“On June 7, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow registered a protocol against Dud* under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” the agency’s source said.

The protocol was drawn up for publications on the Internet without a foreign agent badge.

In the summer of 2022, the court fined Dud* for promoting non-traditional sexual relations among minors. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the maximum penalty for which for an individual is 200 thousand rubles. The Russian Ministry of Justice added Dud* to the register of foreign agent media outlets on April 15, 2022.
