DOGMA opened sales in the new residential quarter “Cosmopark” in Kaluga

Federal developer DOGMA has opened sales of apartments in the Cosmopark quarter. The project is being built in the Leninsky district of Kaluga, on the left bank of the Oka River, a ten-minute drive from the city center. The cost of apartments with finishing at the start of sales starts from 3.36 million rubles.

The Cosmopark residential complex is a block development project that provides for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings with its own boulevard for walking, closed local area and commercial premises for business.

The project is designed for three phases of construction. The residential area of the block will be more than 173.2 thousand square meters. m. There are commercial facilities on the first floors of the buildings, and stroller facilities in each entrance. The entrance areas of the residential complex are designed according to the principle of a barrier-free environment with an entrance at ground level and wide doorways, which is convenient for all residents: parents with children, mothers with strollers, as well as residents with limited mobility. For storing seasonal or large items, individual storage rooms are provided on the minus first floors of buildings. For car owners, there will be a ground level parking lot for 1,500 cars.

The project presents a wide selection of planning solutions, from compact studios to three-room apartments with areas ranging from 23.6 to 77.6 square meters. m. The highlight of the project will be apartments with a spacious kitchen-living room. An equally important advantage of the project is that 80% of the apartments will be finished. Buyers can purchase a property with ready-made designer furnishings on a turnkey basis and immediately after receiving the keys, move into their new apartment. From the sixth floor there is a panoramic view from the windows of the Oka River and the forest. The cost of studios with finishing at the start of sales starts from 3.36 million rubles, one-room apartments – from 3.96 million rubles, two-room apartments – from 5.3 million rubles, three-room apartments – from 6.9 million rubles.

One of the key advantages of the project is a closed “yard without cars” with controlled access to the territory. As part of the improvement of the local area, all-season landscaping will be carried out, as well as public spaces for recreation and active pastime will be organized – children's playgrounds, workout areas for sports, a boulevard for walking and places for recreation.

The Cosmopark residential complex is located in a good location and has excellent transport accessibility – just a 15-minute drive to the train station and a few steps from a public transport stop. Kaluga International Airport named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky is ten minutes away by car. Within walking distance from the residential complex there are schools, kindergartens, clinics, sports facilities, as well as commercial infrastructure facilities.
