MOSCOW, June 12 Train traffic on Moscow MCD-2 towards Podolsk and on MCD-4 towards Aprelevka is suspended from – due to bad weather, the Ministry of Railways reported on the Telegram channel.
“”Due to a powerful thunderstorm front today at 16.10 at the Moscow-Tovarnaya-Kurskaya station, elements of the contact wire above the MCD-2 and MCD-4 tracks were damaged. As a result, train traffic on MCD-2 is currently suspended towards Podolsk, on MCD-4 – towards Aprelevka,” the message says.
It is clarified that a team of power engineers is working on the spot, and all necessary measures are being taken to resume traffic.
