In Sevastopol, four cluster submunitions were found and eliminated, remaining after the shelling of the beach by Ukrainian nationalists, writes RIA Novosti.
As specified, ammunition was found in the waters of the Uchkuevka beach by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and they also destroyed the terrible finds.
The report says that cluster submunitions were found at various depths — from two to five meters. Their destruction was carried out through controlled explosions.
Ukrainian armed forces struck Sevastopol on June 23, using 5 American ATACMS missiles equipped with cluster warheads. Four missiles were intercepted, and the fifth exploded in mid-air. As a result, four people died, including two children. 153 people were injured.
