Russia and Belarus are designing satellite constellation components

MOSCOW, June 28The Russian Federation and Belarus are jointly designing orbital and ground components of satellite constellations for earth observation and navigation, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
The President addressed the participants of the plenary session of the eleventh Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus.
“Regional research centers and design bureaus in Russia and Belarus are jointly designing orbital and ground components of satellite constellations for earth observation and navigation,” Putin said.
