The court allowed the seizure of property from the family of foreign agent Nevzorov, recognized as extremists
The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg recognized the spouses Alexander Nevzorov (included in the register of foreign agents in the Russian Federation) and Lidiya Nevzorova as an “extremist association.”
By decision The court has since banned the activities of the Nevzorovs on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The court also decided to convert the Russian property of the spouses into state income. Fontanka writes that we are talking about three plots of land, a building on the site, a residential building, as well as a Hyundai car and 25% of the authorized capital of Peter-Technoproject-New Resources LLC.
Also Fontanka “adds that the wording in the court decision “the decision is subject to immediate execution” means that a writ of execution for seizure will be issued without waiting for an appeal. The defendant's representative told reporters that they would nevertheless appeal the court decision. Fontanka points out that “only the property that, according to the register, is registered in the name of Alexander Nevzorov” is confiscated.
