The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg recognized the spouses Alexander Nevzorov (included in the register of foreign agents in the Russian Federation) and Lidiya Nevzorova as an “extremist association.”

By decision The court has since banned the activities of the Nevzorovs on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The court also decided to convert the Russian property of the spouses into state income. The defendant's representative told reporters that they would nevertheless appeal the court decision.
