DOGMA has developed the concept of a kindergarten in the EVO quarter

DOGMA has begun implementing a kindergarten project as part of the first phase of construction of the EVO quarter in Reutov on Komsomolskaya Street. It is planned to begin construction work on the kindergarten site at the end of this year.

At the moment, the developer has received urban planning plans for the land plots, carried out engineering surveys and received technical conditions for the removal of utility networks from the development area. Work is underway to design a kindergarten and improve the territory.

The kindergarten, which DOGMA will build as part of the comprehensive development of the territory, will operate as part of the already existing municipal preschool institution No. 3 “Romashka” on Komsomolskaya Street. There will be a new modern three-story building with a total area of ​​over 2.5 thousand square meters with landscaped territory, children's playgrounds and landscaping.

The kindergarten will open eight groups that children can attend in

aged from two to seven years. In total, the institution will be able to accommodate 180 children. To decorate the facade of the building, the developer chose stylish monochrome wall panels with imitation brickwork, and also complemented it with polished metal elements. The first and basement floors will be finished with clinker tiles and porcelain stoneware. Colored panels will be used as bright accents in the arched and window openings.

A modern space will be created inside the building for development, games, sports and comfortable learning for children. The building will have a multifunctional music hall for celebrations, a spacious gym, medical and treatment rooms, game rooms and bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a security area with a control panel.

The adjacent territory will be landscaped, it will be compact and properly zoned. The developer will install areas for games and sports, build verandas, and also landscape the area. The facility will be municipal and, after completion of construction, will be transferred to the city as part of the implementation of the agreement on the comprehensive development of the territory.
