Corporate clients of Russian Post are no longer assigned to a specific branch chosen when concluding an agreement, and can change or add any convenient one with one click in their personal account. To activate this option, you need to conclude an offer agreement on the company’s website, which will take a few minutes.
Previously, the post office was assigned to a legal entity at the time the agreement was concluded, add or replace the delivery point it was possible by calling the Russian Post call center or contacting a personal manager. Now, in order to deliver parcels at a convenient post office in the service region, you just need to select what you need from the list in the personal account (PA) of the business sender, prepare the parcels and create a register of them in the PA. Entrepreneurs can send up to 50 parcels per day at one delivery point.
Customers working with Pochta under a single offer agreement can now select branches in their personal account. To conclude an offer, just register on pochta.ru and fill out the form via the link. There is no need to print or bring papers to the branch. Next, you need to top up the balance in your personal account — and you can use the services of “Mail.”
