Avito increased its share in the aggregator of advertisements for used cars Haraba from 67% to 100%, follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Changes in the founders of Haraba were registered on July 4th. The share of KEX eCommerce LLC increased through the exercise of options received in 2022.
Kharaba LLC was registered in 2019 in Dagestan. The consolidation of 100% of Haraba was implemented through options valid since July 2022, when Avito acquired 67% of the aggregator, the company told Interfax. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, and Avito did not use borrowed funds for its implementation.
Haraba is an aggregator of car advertisements from all popular sites for professional market participants, car selectors and personal purchase. In particular, the share of advertisements with Avito is 51.5%, with Drom — 26.2%, Auto.ru — 19.9%, Yula — 2.4%. Every month, the application displays more than 1.3 million sales advertisements.
The Haraba service automates the process of car resale at all stages — in one window the user searches, checks and evaluates cars, keeps financial records, stores car documents and much more .
In 2023, the revenue of Kharaba LLC amounted to 433.5 million rubles, net profit — 165.8 million rubles.
Avito has been operating in the segment of advertisements for the sale of cars since 2012. In particular, the company is developing the Avtotek project to check the history of used cars by VIN and license plate number (displays data on accidents, liens, repairs, mileage structure, etc.)
