MOSCOW, July 6 Bailiffs, in order to find a debtor who refused to hand over the child by court decision to the mother, printed photographs of the man on receipts for payment of utility bills services in the Sverdlovsk region, the press service of the FSSP of the Russian Federation said.
The department noted that an individual approach to searching for debtors is often required. When organizing a search, the category of enforcement proceedings, the events that preceded the search, as well as the identity of the debtor are taken into account. 
< br />«For example, in the Sverdlovsk region, a photograph of a wanted debtor who did not comply with a court decision to transfer a young child to his mother was placed on receipts for payment of utility services,» the department said.
As another example, the department spoke about a debtor in the Omsk region who was caught when he, placing a ladder against the banner structure, tried to tear off his photograph.
