Completion of construction of the last building (K1) of the large-scale project OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK by PIONEER is scheduled for the end of 2025. The transfer of office premises, where about 2 thousand people will work, is scheduled for 2026. The office cluster is being implemented near the Butyrskaya metro station at the address: Ogorodny proezd, 16.
“In total, the OSTANKINO business park includes six 12-story buildings, five of which have been put into operation , and two are already open. It is worth noting that one of the buildings was purchased by the large IT holding Astra to house its headquarters. With the commissioning of the last building, the total number of jobs in the project will reach 12 thousand people,” said Nikolay Makhotkin, director of project management at PIONEER.
In building 1 with an area of 23 thousand square meters. m project provides for office space as cut from 71 to 270 sq. m, and the entire floor. The façades are decorated with panoramic double-glazed windows and metal panels with accent inserts. The engineering of the building will automatically maintain a comfortable microclimate in the premises at any time of the year.
On the ground floor of the building there will be street retail premises, and in the lobby there will be three meeting rooms available to residents of the office complex. Construction of K1 is in the active phase: the monolithic frame of the building has been brought to the 3rd floor level.
The infrastructure of OSTANKINO BUSINESS PARK includes a landscaped area for events, as well as shops and gastronomic areas.
