MOSCOW, July 11 A 65-year-old man lost in the Kaliningrad forest was found three days later; rescuers, dog handlers and volunteers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations were looking for him, the department reported in Telegram channel.
According to him, a 65-year-old resident of the Kaliningrad region went into the forest to pick mushrooms and disappeared; rescuers from the Northwestern Regional Search and Rescue Team and dog handlers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as volunteers, were looking for him.
“The man was found three days later,” the department said.
Rescuers searched more than 60 square kilometers using drones and ATVs; the man was found near the Zelau swamp. It is clarified that specialists on an ATV took him out of the forest and handed him over to doctors.
