The pedestrian hit by a government car with flashing lights in the center of Moscow on Friday afternoon has been identified.
As MK learned, the incident occurred at 14:55 on New Arbat Street. 37-year-old Alexander Grokhovsky was crossing the street in the wrong place – on top, although there is an underground passage very close.
