On Friday morning, a global failure of Windows-based equipment began, which affected telecom operators, banks and airlines around the world. The American company CrowdStrike confirmed that a global failure in Windows occurred due to its update for the Falcon Sensor cybersecurity application.
«For some systems that simply will not automatically recover, (this — ed.) may take some time,» Kurtz said in an interview with NBC, adding that the company «deeply regrets the impact it has had on customers, travelers and everyone affected.»
