MOSCOW, July 19 Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) on its official website published a list of 11 stadiums that will host matches of the 2030 World Cup.
The matches of the Spanish part of the 2030 World Cup will be hosted by Anoeta (San Sebastian), Camp Nou (Barcelona), Gran Canaria (Las Palmas), Olympic Stadium (Seville), Rosaleda (Malaga) , Nueva Romareda (Zaragoza), Cornella El Prat (Barcelona, Cornella El Prat), Riazor (La Coruña), San Mames (Bilbao), Metropolitano and Santiago Bernabeu (both from Madrid). Earlier, the media reported that the Santiago Bernabeu would host the final match of the tournament.
Six countries will host matches of the tournament for the first time — Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Morocco, Spain and Portugal. The Argentines, Paraguayans and Uruguayans will play their opening group stage matches in their home countries. Most of the world championship games will take place in Morocco, Spain and Portugal. The event is timed to celebrate the centenary of the World Cup, which was first held in Uruguay in 1930.
The final decision on the location of all tournament games will be made on July 31.
