MOSCOW, July 24, Andrey Mikhailov. Responsibility for Olympic broadcasts of the 2024 Games in Paris on Russian territory lies not with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), but with the Telesport Group company, the committee’s press service said.
Earlier it became known that Russian federal television channels refused to broadcast the 2024 Olympics. Last Friday, information was published on the IOC website in the “Where to watch the Olympics” section that the organization planned to broadcast the competitions of the Games in Paris free of charge for viewers from Russia on its official website. Later, this information disappeared from the Olympic Committee resource.
