The Omsk governor said that scammers call people on his behalf

OMSK, July 25 Governor of the Omsk region Vitaly Khotsenko said that scammers are calling people on his behalf via video conference.
«»Instances when scammers call on my behalf have become more frequent. Now my acquaintances are reporting suspicious video calls that allegedly come from me via instant messengers. I appeal to everyone: I am not in the habit of making video calls to people. I kindly ask you to be vigilant and not respond to suspicious messages and calls,” Khotsenko wrote in his Telegram channel.
The governor also asked to report all such calls to the police.
