Over the six months of 2024, the number of Post clients who connected under a digital offer agreement more than tripled compared to the same period in 2023. The company has simplified the procedure for concluding an offer agreement, which has reduced the process from 15 to 2 minutes.
More than 17 thousand clients use Pochta’s digital offer services. You can sign it in two minutes: just register on pochta.ru and fill out several fields in the form via the link; most of the data will be downloaded from the system automatically. There is no need to print or bring papers to the branch. Having topped up the balance in your personal account, you can start using Mail services.
Now the offer agreement provides access to basic postal services: acceptance and delivery of written correspondence, parcels and cargo items (including freight forwarding services and transportation services), cash on delivery transfers, subscription of mailboxes, etc. From the second quarter of 2024, corporate clients, those working with Pochta under an offer agreement are not assigned to a specific department chosen when concluding the agreement, and can change or add anything convenient with one click in their personal account. The company will continue to supplement the agreement with new services in 2024: in particular, it will soon be possible to arrange the delivery of periodical subscription publications and order the distribution of advertising and information materials.

Convenient, fast and digital start, online support, electronic document management are the key to the client’s heart,” commented Anton Nechaev, director of product and service development at Russian Post.
«Mail» introduced a single offer agreement for legal entities in the fourth quarter of 2023. The format gave clients access to the company's most popular services without the need to enter into any additional agreements.
