Lyudmila Zaychenko has been appointed Commercial Director of the federal development company DOGMA. Lyudmila's responsibilities include strategic management of residential and commercial real estate sales in all regions where the developer is present.

Lyudmila joined the DOGMA team in 2023. As Deputy Commercial Director, she oversaw sales and coordinated marketing activities. In her new role, Lyudmila will be responsible for the development of the company's current projects, the implementation of a new business strategy, and the launch of new projects in all regions of presence, including the Leningrad Region and the Far East. Today, the company is successfully implementing residential projects in Krasnodar — residential complexes «Samolet», «DOGMA Park», «Park Pobedy», «Rekord», in Novorossiysk — residential complex «Porto-Novo», in the Moscow Region — quarters «Publicist» in Pushkino and EVO in Reutov, residential complex «Cosmopark» in Kaluga and residential complex «Snegiri» in Omsk.
Lyudmila has 16 years of experience in the field of redevelopment and commercial real estate project management, including international ones. Before joining DOGMA, the expert held senior positions in leading development companies PIK and Center-Invest, where she actively participated in the development of large-scale projects.
Lyudmila graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and also received higher education at the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
