PIONEER has completed the construction of vertical structures of the 4th stage of the LIFE Varshavskaya residential quarter, which is being implemented next to the Varshavskaya metro station of the Big Circle Line at the address: 2nd Kotlyakovsky Pereulok, plot 1/1.
Two residential buildings from 9 to 25 floors with an area of 81 thousand square meters have been built in almost nine months. Concreting of the monolithic frame with a volume of more than 38.5 thousand cubic meters has been completed. At present, the external and internal masonry of walls and partitions has been completed, and roofing work is actively underway. Installation of the facades is planned to begin in the fall.
The apartment layout includes various types of layouts: from studios to three-room apartments. In building 1, residential premises are sold with a final designer finish, in building 2 — without finishing. In some apartments, the project provides for panoramic windows and French balconies, and corner glazing increases the area of natural lighting.
The ground floors house premises for shops, cafes, hairdressers, fitness clubs, etc. At the underground level, there is a parking lot for 314 cars and 205 cellars. Along the new stage, a pedestrian boulevard will be extended, which starts from the constructed towers. The commissioning of the 4th stage is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026.
The residential quarter LIFE Varshavskaya includes sports and game clusters, a pedestrian boulevard, a school for 900 students and a kindergarten for 160 students, which are part of the State Budgetary Educational Institution No. 1579. Next to the buildings of the new stage, it is planned to build a single educational center consisting of a school and a kindergarten for more than a thousand students.
