Russian Post launched cooperation with fulfillment operator Kaktus

Russian Post and the fulfillment operator Kaktus have begun providing warehouse services to marketplace sellers using the FBO and FBS models, as well as to owners of online and offline stores in the logistics postal center in Vnukovo with the ability to deliver orders to the buyer.

At this stage of the project, the partners are processing 70 thousand orders in the logistics postal center in Vnukovo. The plans for the near future are to increase the volume to 120-150 thousand orders per month. In addition, the companies plan to include in the project the logistics facilities of Russian Post in St. Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnodar and Novosibirsk and diversify the range of services for clients.

Russian Post began providing fulfillment services in 2019. All logistics postal centers are class A+ facilities. These are premises with an area of ​​10,000 to 25,000 sq. m, equipped with the appropriate engineering systems, with a ceiling height of 12 m, floors with an anti-dust coating that can withstand a load of more than 9 t/sq. m, automatic gates and office premises. All warehouses of «Russian Post» are under 24-hour video surveillance, security and are equipped with checkpoints. A distinctive feature of the company's production facilities is that their absolute majority are located near airports, highways and railway junctions, that is, in close proximity to transport hubs.
