The new electric five-door is expected to go on sale in the fall. The model is available in an all-wheel drive, dual-motor version.
The electric car brand Jiyue «grew» from the company Jidu, which was created by the IT giant Baidu and the holding Geely Auto. But if in that joint venture Baidu owned 55% of the shares, now Geely plays the leading role — it owns 65%. The first-born was the Jiyue 01 SUV. And at the end of last year, the Jiyue brand announced the expansion of the range and shared images of a production-ready liftback with the index 07. The public premiere was held in April 2024 at the Beijing Auto Show. However, then they demonstrated a five-door with locked doors and tinted windows. And now, finally, sketches of the serial interior have been published. The interior will be shown «live» online on August 2. Well, according to local media, the Jiyue 07 liftback will go on sale in September.

As expected, the interior of the «seven» was designed in the style of a crossover. The main features are a dashboard almost the entire width of the front panel, a «steering wheel» instead of a traditional steering wheel and two wireless platforms for charging gadgets. At the same time, the door cards and seats of the liftback are different. In addition, the armrest between the front seats was made different.

As for the exterior, there are pixel sections above and below the headlights of the Jiyue 07. The liftback also got a glass roof and pixel taillights. There are no handles on the doors — they open with miniature buttons (the doors themselves are probably frameless).

A certificate for the Jiyue 07 has already been issued in China. According to documents from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the People's Republic of China, the length of the five-door car is 4953 mm, the width is 1989 mm, height — 1475 mm, wheelbase — 3013 mm. For comparison, the dimensions of the related SUV Jiyue 01: 4853/1990/1611 mm, the distance between the axles is 3000 mm.
It is known for sure that, like the crossover, the liftback will be offered with a dual-motor all-wheel drive. The total output is 544 hp. At the same time, the Jiyue 01 SUV also has a rear-wheel drive modification with an electric motor with a capacity of 272 hp. It is possible that the Jiyue 07 will also receive such a version. The batteries are probably the same. The single-motor crossover is equipped with a 71.4 kWh battery, for an extra charge you can order a 100 kWh battery. In the first case, the Jiyue 01 will travel 550 km on the CLTC cycle, in the second — 720 km. The all-wheel drive SUV has a 100 kWh battery by default, the range of such a «unit» is 660 km.

Prices for the Jiyue 07 liftback have not yet been announced. The crossover costs from 219,900 yuan, which is equivalent to about 2.6 million rubles at the current exchange rate.
