The Investigative Committee of Russia is investigating a criminal case against a group of aggressive migrant teenagers who attack their peers.
It is specified that the teenagers attack their peers, beat them, insult them and film the entire process on video, which they later post on social networks.
As RIA Novosti specifies, we are talking about three videos filmed and published by the teenagers. One of them shows the teenagers attacking passers-by, another shows footage of smiling armed terrorists, and the third shows the alleged leader of the group «promising to restore order together with his friends.»
According to eyewitnesses, the aggressive teenagers have stun guns with them. In public groups, users have already identified the attackers.
The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, drew attention to what is happening. Currently, a criminal case has been opened against the teenagers under the article on hooliganism by a group of persons with the use of weapons.
