Developer STONE has begun construction of the STONE Dmitrovskaya business center with a total area of over 50,000 square meters on the site of an unfinished building at 1G Dmitrovsky Proezd. At present, the dismantling of the unfinished five-story parking garage has been completed on the site, excavation work has begun, and the construction of a pit and a diaphragm wall has begun.

«The business center is being built under the integrated territorial development program. The developer plans to complete excavation work and begin construction of the monolith at the end of the third quarter of 2024, and finish construction in three years. The agreement on the reorganization of the 0.54-hectare site was signed in 2022. Investments in the project are estimated at 7 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect will be more than 450 million rubles. As a result, 3.5 thousand jobs will be created in the Timiryazevsky District,» said Vladimir Efimov.
The development area is highly accessible by transport: the Dmitrovskaya metro station and MCD-2 are a three-minute walk away. The project provides for the reconstruction of the adjacent street and road network, as well as the construction of a driveway to the building.
