Donstroy started issuing keys ahead of schedule in the second quarter of the Event

The Donstroy company has begun handing over apartments to owners of the second quarter of the Sobytie project five months ahead of schedule.

New settlers will find 498 apartments, the area of ​​which varies from 32 sq. m to 153 sq. m. Among them are unique options with terraces and the possibility of installing a fireplace, increased ceiling height up to 3.55 m, with corner glazing and French windows to the floor, as well as two-level and with a window in the bathroom. A two-level underground parking for 329 cars is designed in the quarter. Storage rooms for seasonal large items are also planned in the parking lot.

Residents will be greeted by a spectacular lobby with a second light and stylish finishing according to the author's design. The entrance group will house a reception, waiting areas with upholstered furniture and a coworking space. A children's club is provided for younger residents. In two sections at the 16th floor level, public terraces with recreation areas on the usable roof are planned.

The buildings of the second «Event» with a total area of ​​over 66 thousand square meters will have a variable number of storeys — from 13 to 36 storeys. The architectural concept is distinguished by the laconic geometry of the facade solutions. The exterior decoration provides for the use of modern materials, including concrete decorative facing products and natural stone.

The second «Event» is part of a large-scale project in Ramenki. Donstroy has already commissioned more than 425 thousand square meters of real estate here: the first and second stages of the «Lights» project (2,007 apartments), the first quarter of «Event» (1,036 apartments), the first and second club houses «Reka» (269 apartments). Commercial properties are located on the ground floors of the commissioned buildings. A private kindergarten, coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a dry cleaner and a building materials store, a car wash, a design studio, a curtain salon, a flower and gift shop are already operating.

The Ramenki River valley stretches next to the quarter, and the main center of attraction in the area will be the eponymous landscape park «Event» with an area of ​​24 hectares. The first section of the park with an area of ​​12 hectares along the river has already been commissioned and is available for visiting by Muscovites. In addition to the existing 1.5 km long eco-route with information stands about the park's plants, there will be an event area with a fountain and stage, a «Youth Factory» and an observation deck. In the summer, the park's territory is used to host information, sports and entertainment events for city residents.
