The Melnichenko Foundation held a corporate competition to select promising environmental projects among employees of EuroChem, SUEK, SGK and NTK. Only young professionals aged 18 to 35 were invited to participate.
The competition was held to promote volunteer activities in the field of environmental protection. Also, one of the main objectives of the competition was to identify and support the leaders of environmental initiatives that are planned to be implemented in the territories of the foundation's presence.
The winners were selected based on the results of an expert assessment. The authors of the best projects will take part in the All-Russian Youth Environmental Forum «Ecosystem. Protected Region», which will be held in Kamchatka from August 19 to 25. More than 200 experts and guests will take part in it. Speeches by heads of executive authorities and public associations, representatives of the scientific community, specialists in working with groups and human development are expected. Participants will also enjoy an extensive sports and leisure program.
