The Russian manufacturing company Engels Svechi Ignition LLC (commercial name Meteor Auto) will take part in the international exhibition of spare parts, components and goods for car maintenance MIMS-2024. The company will act as the general partner of the event and the International Automotive Forum IMAF 2024, which is traditionally held at the MIMS site.
The largest Russian spark plug manufacturer Meteor Auto will present its products at the International Exhibition of Automotive Parts and Components MIMS-2024, which will be held on August 19-22 at the Expocentre Fairgrounds. The company's stand in the Forum pavilion will feature spark plugs of the premium Meteor brand and products under the EZ brand with more than 60 years of history. Since the restart of production, the plant in Engels, formerly part of the Bosch concern, has increased the range of spark plugs by more than 2 times.

Guests of the exhibition will be shown spark plugs containing alloys of such precious metals as platinum and iridium, as well as the rare earth chemical element yttrium. The spark plugs are suitable for both premium foreign cars and domestic cars. In addition, exhibitors will be able to see products for small engines, motor vehicles, industrial installations and units.

Meteor Auto will also take part in the Moscow International Forum automotive industry IMAF 2024, where industry leaders will present their vision of the development strategy of the Russian automotive industry and approaches to achieving the country's technological sovereignty. Meteor Auto CEO Alexander Kovalchuk will take part in the plenary discussion «The Russian automotive market — expanding its potential», where, in particular, the problem of illegal trafficking of industrial products and import substitution will be discussed.
