VLADIVOSTOK, August 12 A criminal case of bribery has been opened in Primorye against the deputy head of the Vladivostok customs post Denis Faizenger, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Primorsky Krai reports.
«Investigators from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Primorsky Krai have opened a criminal case against the deputy head of the Vladivostok customs post — the electronic declaration center of the Vladivostok customs of the Far Eastern Territory of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, Denis Faizenger, who is accused of receiving bribes for the unhindered release of customs declarations and for general patronage (Part 3 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation),» the statement says.
According to the investigation, between March 2018 and December 2021, Denis Faizenger received bribes totaling more than 700 thousand rubles from representatives of a commercial company.
It is noted that two representatives of commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs, Dmitry Tsarev and Pavel Sidorenko, were also brought to criminal liability for bribery. Investigators conducted searches at the place of residence of the accused, seized telephones, electronic media and cash. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the suspects is being decided.
