The Donstroy company raised a bridge weighing 54.4 tons to a height of 94.2 meters above the ground. It connected the 2nd and 3rd buildings of the fourth quarter «Sobitie» in Ramenki in the area of the 27th floor. The company plans to raise four more «floating» bridges, which will become a real place of attraction for residents of the quarter with areas for rest, work and sports.
Recall that not long ago the developer set a record by raising the first bridge weighing 54.4 tons to the roof of the same building (170 meters above the ground), which will become the so-called sky park. No one has done anything like this in Russia before.
In the future, the company plans to raise four more bridges weighing more than 50 and 90 tons to «Sobitie». One will also be raised to 170 m, another to the 27th floor, and two more will connect the 1st and 2nd buildings at the level of the 26th floor — that's 86.1 m in height.
For this, the technology of span lifting is used, as for cable-stayed bridges: this is how the Russian Bridge in Vladivostok across the Eastern Bosphorus Strait and the Bolshoy Obukhovsky Bridge in St. Petersburg were built. And although the technology itself is not new, no one in Russia has yet implemented it at such a height. First, all the necessary parts will be manufactured in the workshop. Then, six bridges will be completely assembled on the ground between the buildings of the complex, which in the future will connect the towers of the complex. After that, each of them will be lifted using jacks fixed in the upper parts of the towers on unique equipment that was made specifically for this project.
The «floating» bridges and the park on the roof will become a unique place for rest, work and sports: there will be walking and running paths, exercise machines, green lounge areas with mobile furniture. The private park is available only to residents of the «Event». Here you can enjoy the views and spend your leisure time all year round.
The fourth quarter «Event» consists of three 50-story buildings, designed in a futuristic style. The project was developed by the chief architect of the Gorproekt bureau, Philipp Nikandrov.
The courtyard of the fourth quarter is a continuation of the architectural concept of the project — these are green creative spaces with futuristic art objects, where children and adults can find an activity according to their interests. The project will implement a «courtyard without cars», a three-level underground parking with storage rooms is provided.
The fourth «Event» is part of a large-scale project for the integrated development of the territory in Ramenki. Donstroy has already commissioned more than 425 thousand square meters of real estate here: two stages of the «Lights» project (2,007 apartments), the first and second quarters of «Event» (1,036 apartments), two «Reka» club houses (269 apartments).
The Ramenki River valley stretches next to the quarter, and the main center of attraction in the area will be the eponymous landscape park «Event», with an area of 24 hectares. The first section of the park, with an area of 12 hectares along the river, has already been commissioned and is available for visiting by Muscovites. In addition to the existing 1.5 km long eco-route with information stands about the park's plants, the park will have an event area with a fountain and a stage, a «Youth Factory» and an observation deck. In the summer, the park's territory will be used to host information, sports and entertainment events for city residents.
