The Japanese brand's pickup truck and SUV, intended for the American market, received adjustments in appearance and interior.
Toyota began producing the full-size Tundra pickup truck back in 1999. The current third-generation truck was introduced in September 2021. The model is intended for the American market, where it is trying to compete with local bestsellers — Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado and Ram 1500. Now the manufacturer has slightly refreshed the pickup, assigning it the 2025 model year.

It is known that the new model year Tundra will have SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794, TRD Pro and Capstone versions. In addition, the Toyota Tundra now has an optionally available TRD Rally package, which includes updates to the exterior and interior of the full-size model, as well as expanded towing capabilities for those who plan to use the car with a trailer.
The list of visual differences includes protective pads, bright stickers in the form of a «rally» red-orange-yellow emblem placed on the massive radiator grille, at the bottom of the front doors, on the side of the cargo platform, and also in the center of the original 18-inch wheel disks. The «rollers» are shod with off-road tires. There are four options in the palette of available body colors — Ice Cap, Magnetic Gray, Midnight Black Metallic and Celestial Silver.

The Toyota Tundra with the TRD Rally package also features red, orange and yellow decorative accents, as well as other trim materials. In addition, this pickup truck is available (not in all versions) with front seats with massage function and 10-position adjustment, as well as an electric tailgate.
The model was also equipped with an extended set of trailer towing assistance systems, including a separate Wi-Fi channel for connecting a wireless rear-view camera (attached to the trailer). Note that, as before, the Japanese brand's pickup can tow up to 5,443 kg, and its maximum payload is 880 kg. The engine lineup for this all-wheel drive remains the same.

The Tundra has a close relative — the full-size Toyota Sequoia SUV, the current version of which debuted in January 2022. Now this model has also been updated to the 2025 model year. The main update is the new 1794 Edition (the pickup had one before), which was named in honor of the year when the ranch was founded, on the site of which the Japanese company's plant in Texas is now located. The Sequoia and Tundra models are produced at this enterprise.

The list of differences in the 1794 Sequoia version (in addition to the same wireless towable camera as the Tundra) includes: chrome decorative elements on the body, a set of original 20-inch wheels, a panoramic glass roof. The interior has brown leather-trimmed front seats with heating, ventilation and massage function, as well as a pair of separate captain's chairs in the second row, wood decor, JBL premium acoustics and a multimedia system with a 14-inch touchscreen.
The price of the TRD Rally package for the Toyota Tundra has not yet been announced. However, it is already known that the cost of the Sequoia 1794 in the United States will be $ 80,135 (equivalent to about $ 7.2 million at the current exchange rate).
