Denis Bogomolov, vice president for finance, IT and business development of the Nizhpharm group of companies, took part in the regular IT Practice program on the Pro Business TV channel (produced with the support of LANIT). He spoke about the company's key digital projects that have been implemented over the past three years.
Together with the project host Vladimir Vertogradov, vice president of LANIT, managing director of NORBIT, the studio guest discussed the specifics of optimizing business processes for the pharmaceutical industry. Denis Bogomolov noted that the main principles that Nizhpharm follows when launching initiatives are feasibility and payback.
The expert cited as an example a digital project that made it possible to significantly simplify the organization of meetings between medical representatives, doctors, and pharmacy employees. Now, only half an hour of work time is spent on preparing each such activity (six hours less than before). Considering that the company holds round tables regularly and often, the automation of key stages has provided significant savings in funds and resources.

Process efficiency allows us to do many things more cost-effectively. As a result, we can optimize drug prices, which is good for the consumer. When I talk about savings, I do not mean laying off employees, but rather increasing their productivity and engagement. Therefore, we are able to retain qualified personnel and attract them from the market even in a situation of serious shortage.»
