As MK learned, the tragedy occurred in a family of natives of Tajikistan. One evening, a woman noticed that her son (the boy was several months old) was crying loudly in his crib and refusing to fall asleep. The woman called a fellow countrywoman (she had never visited a regular doctor at a clinic). She had repeatedly told about her secondary medical education and work in children's hospitals in Tajikistan, as well as about the fact that she worked as a nurse in a maternity hospital.
After touching the baby's forehead with her palm, the neighbor said that he had a fever and prescribed medications that the mother bought at a pharmacy. Then the neighbor gave the baby two injections of lidocaine and cefazolin. The boy went into anaphylactic shock. Two ambulances arrived for the baby, but the doctors were unable to help. The boy died of heart failure. It is noteworthy that the whole truth about his death was revealed two months later: an expert determined that the child died from drug poisoning.
The case was considered in a special order. The doctor stated that she fully agreed with the charges presented. The court took into account that the woman has three children, the youngest of whom was born in 2024. As Sergei Agapov, a lawyer for the Moscow Region Bar Association, told MK, the Krasnogorsk court found the woman guilty of the baby's death and sentenced her to a fine of 70 thousand rubles. The woman's husband, a handyman, has already paid it.
