On-board camera view of Lando Norris as he enters the pit lane
FIA, the Formula 1 body, states that launched an investigation into a second incident in the pit lane in as many weeks after footage emerged of yet another miss during Sunday's Miami Grand Prix.
The onboard cameras of Lando Norris' McLaren, as shown in the video below from a frame originally broadcast by F1 TV, show a man walking down the pit lane entrance just as Norris arrives at the pit stop.
The Brit did it. there was no need to swerve to avoid the person, but the result might have been different if he had arrived a second earlier.

The incident comes just a week after the stewards of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix ordered the FIA to review the closed park procedures after a group of «permitted media and other personnel» were allowed into the pit lane before the end of the race.
Esteban Okon from Alpine was called into the pits on the last lap of this race, causing some of those in attendance to jump out of the way.
Okon, who said that he «came at a speed of 300 km/h.» described the situation as «crazy» before entering the pit lane. and said that F1 was lucky to avoid a «big disaster».
"I had to slow down, I had to avoid, and it was pretty scary, ”said the Frenchman. “Fortunately, everything worked out. I had no idea they were there. I've never seen this before.» The stewards later described the Okon incident as «unfortunate». and said the FIA had been ordered to «take immediate action to review [the closed park] procedures and protocols with relevant stakeholders to ensure this situation does not happen again.»

Stewards' note: "We noted that it was not uncommon for representatives to allow such people into the pit lane just before the end of the race, as part of the routine preparation for the indoor park and podium ceremony.
"However, in this case there was one driver who had to enter the pit lane on the last lap, and this created a very dangerous situation for those who were in the pit lane at that time. We considered it lucky that there were no major repercussions due to what happened today.»
After the latest incident with Norris in Miami, a spokesman told Telegraph Sport that the FIA was aware of the incident and «we are looking into it with local by the organisers.”
The spokesman emphasized that the incident was not related to the park being closed, and therefore is not part of any post-race procedure updates.
