Large sedan Buick LaCrosse with an unusual design: all versions revealed

As expected, the generational model is still offered with two turbo engines to choose from, while the older engine also has a hybrid «add-on».

The flagship sedan LaCrosse of the new, fourth generation, the Chinese division of Buick showed back in early May, but it was only a luxurious version of the Avenir. Now the model has been completely declassified, prices and configurations have been announced, and local dealers have opened the acceptance of applications. Recall that the previous “four-door” debuted in 2015 (but entered the market only a year later), it survived restyling in 2019, and in the same year Buick LaCrosse became exclusive to China. In the new generation, the sedan has retained this status — the flagship will not return to the States. Well, for the Celestial machine, as before, it is produced by a joint venture between SAIC and General Motors.

The remaining versions are equipped with a 2.0 turbo engine: its output has not changed (237 hp and 350 Nm), it is still combined with 9AT, while the older engine now has a 48-volt hybrid appendage.
