The American brand's family of full-size trucks has been expanded with a new version in Baja Yellow.

American brand Ram belongs to the young auto giant Stellantis, which appeared in early 2021 as a result of the merger of the PSA group and the FCA concern. Ram Pickup has been the bestseller of this brand in recent years. This version of the truck will be released in a limited edition. The Ram 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition has differences from the «regular» version both in appearance and in the interior. By the way, the bright yellow body color with black accents — Baja Yellow — makes this pickup truck related to a similar «top» performance with an increase in TRX.

The full-size 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition pickup truck can be identified by version designation graphics on the embossed hood and rear sidewalls. However, unlike the «TRX variant», it does not have additional black plastic headlights.

It is worth noting that the new special version has massive front and rear bumpers made of unpainted plastic, black side mirror housings and the same color 18-inch wheels of the original design, shod with off-road tires.

Inside, the Ram 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition has a 12.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Uconnect 5 in the center of the dashboard. In addition, the list of equipment for the special version also includes heated and electrically adjustable front seats and a heated steering wheel. Also included in the package is Selec-Speed ​​Control, which acts as low-speed cruise control when driving off-road.

The Ram 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition has standard equipment. So, under the hood is a “aspirated” HEMI V8 with a volume of 5.7 liters and a power of 395 hp. Its maximum torque is 556 Nm. For comparison, the 1500 TRX Havoc Edition introduced at the end of last year is equipped with a 711-horsepower HEMI V8 turbo engine with a volume of 6.2 liters (884 Nm).

Ram again did not specify, how many copies will be included in the limited edition. It is known that the starting price tag of the 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition is $72,205. It is worth noting that the purchase of a similar «TRX-variant» will be noticeably more expensive: they ask for at least $106,445.
