Autoteka (Avito project), an online service for checking used cars, has started checking a unique data type — participation of used cars in foreign emergency auctions. According to data from Autostat, imports of used cars from January to April 2023 more than tripled year-on-year. New data in Autoteka reports will allow car enthusiasts in the Russian Federation to more transparently assess the technical condition of used cars before the transaction is made.
New data in Autoteka reports will be useful both for car enthusiasts considering used cars from abroad those who are eyeing the purchase of cars that are not declared as such. Information about participation in foreign emergency auctions is easy to read in the report and will draw additional attention of buyers to the correspondence between real and declared by the seller characteristics.
