Deputy Speaker of the State Duma from the LDPR party Boris Chernyshov suggested transferring Russian officials to domestic Lada and Volga cars. The politician noted that the deputies at least twice proposed to do something similar and go to the garage of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation to switch to domestic cars.
Chernyshov noted that for several years in Russia, foreign cars assembled from us in the country, but, after the departure of global brands, it turned out that this was not the best strategy.
