During the raid, 54 administrative materials were compiled for traffic violations of the Russian Federation: 39 – in relation to pedestrians-violators under part 1 of article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and 15 – in relation to drivers who did not provide advantages in the movement of pedestrians under Art. 12.18 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. No traffic accidents involving pedestrians were allowed.
The State Traffic Inspectorate of Bryansk again appeals to drivers and pedestrians: “excessive self-confidence, ignoring traffic rules and disregard for others often leads to tragic consequences».
